Worked with the business development team and board of directors to increase our companies, Joint Ventures, and Limited Liability Corporations from 14 in 2002 to 38 in 2007; Including the largest, and longest contract in Doyon history ($3.9 billion and 50 years). Worked (with the lands dept. and board) to provide future opportunities in the Nenana Gas Basin; the Yukon Flats Land Trade for future oil and gas opportunities; increased mineral exploration on Doyon Lands; and future completion of our land selections. Helped educate and promote the enrollment of new children and benefits to elders. Helped promote a future home for the elders in the elders in the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. A proven record in uniting the Fairbanks based and Statewide Native organizations to meet the goals of Doyon, Limited and Alaska Native peoples. A proven record in educating and promoting Doyon interests in the Nations Capitol and helping secure funding. Most importantly, Orie remains loyal to Doyon Shareholders, Doyon Employees, Partners, Clients and Customers and understands the business goals of Doyon and can help unite the board of directors in strategically planning for our future and bringing us to the next level of success!
